# REZ Pricing Guideline

### Overview

REZ offers two pricing models depending on the features a merchant uses:

1. **Preorder + Back in Stock Plans** (combined plans)
2. **Back in Stock Only Plans**

## 1. Preorder + Back in Stock Plans

These plans include both **Preorder** and **Back in Stock** functionality.

## 2. Back in Stock Only Plans

These plans are intended for merchants who only use the **Back in Stock** feature.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### What counts as a preorder?

A preorder is counted for **each preorder item purchased**, not per order.

**Example:** If a customer places one order containing **2 preorder items**, it counts as **2 preorders** toward the monthly usage.

### What counts as a Back in Stock email?

A Back in Stock email is counted each time REZ successfully sends a notification email to a subscribed customer.

### Are unsuccessful email deliveries counted?

No. Only successfully sent notification emails count toward the monthly quota.

### What happens when a merchant exceeds their limit?

#### Combined Plans

* Preorder usage continues.
* Additional preorders are billed according to the plan's overage rate.
* Back in Stock emails remain within the included monthly quota for the selected plan.

#### Back in Stock Only Plans

* Additional notification emails are charged at **$1 per 100 emails**.
